"Personally I prefer cats. I don't mind dogs but have never wanted to look after one. One of the reasons is that they require quite a lot of looking after, while cats are significantly more independent. I've never really liked the idea of having to exercise a dog even in bad whether, thinking it would be much nicer to stay in the warm and dry. Despite that sentiment, I ventured out in cold, near blizzard conditions hoping for an opportunity to make a photo such as this one!"
