(Inspired by Aldo Tambellini)

"to be or go beyond the range or limits of a conceptual sphere"

Thinking outside the box is a skill I'm always trying to hone further, being obsessed as I am with trying to convey things that exist beyond the physical... that which is formed in our minds and hearts. I hope, occassionally, to create images that might affect people in some way, that reach into the soul, and I'd like to think this image here may do that to some people (or at least be something to ponder over a while). Of course I'm biased. It is a window into my own psyche, I suppose, but I hope also it may transcend that, so it may act as a source of reflection for other people too.

Reading back, I'm unsure any of that makes sense, but as long as the image makes someone feel something then that's success to me!

Photographed at Tate Modern, with a long(ish) shutter speed to show movement and give an ethereal effect, under cell projections created by Aldo Tambellini (recently deceased). I was concerned with infringing copyright so I have blended several projections together to create a new spotlight circle with similar visual properties - very much in tribute to the artist and in the vain his original works were displayed.
